Last week I was feeling patriotic with the whole Independence Day and everything. I used to think being a July 4th baby was more annoying than anything else. But in recent years, I've grown to really enjoy sharing my birthday with America. I never have to ask for the day off from work and I always get fireworks, which make me feel important.

Happy birthday to you! Mine is on the 5th, so as a kid, my "birthday parties" were always a day early and more of a family BBQ then anything else.
